Snap Pizza Offering Free Lunch for Students Who Need It

Pennsylvania and Delaware have closed schools for the next two week and most schools are closed in New Jersey. New Jersey's Governor, Phil Murphy, said he'll announce a statewide closure later today.

One of the downsides of closing schools are kids who depend on free meals. Philly has announced locations where families can pick up free meals as well as locations to help keep kids occupied. You can find all of that here.

Some restaurants are also stepping up to help students. The chain Snap Pizza is offering a kids free pizza and drink to any K-12 student affected by school closures. You just have to ask for the school lunch special. They'll be offering it Monday-Friday from 11a to 1p for the next two weeks (March 16-27th). You can find out more here.

It's great to see restaurants helping their communities. If you know of any other restaurants doing the same, let us know!
