Ariana Grande threw some (deserved, IMO) shade towards Kanye this weekend. To fully get it, we'll have to back up a little bit. Ariana's fiance, Pete Davidson, is a cast member on Saturday Night Live. Last week was their 44th season premiere and Kanye was the musical guest. Kanye's been an outspoken politically and just after the show went off the air, he talked for while about his political views with the rest of the cast just standing there.
Some of the other cast members have commented about the awkwardness of it. Pete talked about it on this Saturday's "Weekend Update."
In part of his response, Pete says, " Kanye is a genius, but like a musical genius. Like, Joey Chestnut is a hot dog–eating genius, but I don’t want to hear his opinion about things that aren’t hot dog–related.”
So Ariana Posted a pic on her Insta story of her watching Pete's response on SNL with the text, "I love you like Kanye loves Kanye."

I love Ariana's shade. It's not too hard, but it definitely gets the point across. Just another reason I love Ariana and Pete together.
