Original Starbucks Damaged During Protests

Protesters in Seattle damaged the storefront of the original Starbucks in Pike Place Market on Wednesday during a demonstration. People dressed in black were seen late Wednesday evening, some holding umbrellas, smashing windows.

This was the first Starbucks location that opened in 1971, way before it became the global brand that it is today.
