Some Pennsylvania State Liquor Stores are reopening today (4/20) for curbside pickups. The stores were closed last month when the governor ordered them and other nonessential businesses closed. If you want to order, you’ll have to call your store in the morning (between 9a and 1p) and request what you want.
Each store that's open will only have certain amount of orders they will fill. You'll pay by credit card over the phone. Also, there's a limit to six bottles per caller, per day and all sales are final. The state says they'll continue to ramp up capacity in the weeks ahead.
The list of stores that'll be open can be found here.
