Christie Brinkley is speaking her truth following Wendy Williams’suggestion that she faked the injuries that forced her to back out of “Dancing With The Stars” at the last minute. As you'll recall, Brinkley’s daughter Sailor stepped in as her replacement this season.
Seemingly responding to Williams’ claims, Christie has shared proof that she’s not fit to hit the dance floor anytime soon. Taking to Instagram, she’s shared multiple photos from her hospital stay, including shots of her bruised arm, dislocated wrist, x-rays, and some glamorous shots of herself in the hospital. She’s also shared a message about “setting the record straight” over “haters and conspiracy theorists.”
“It goes against my better judgment to acknowledge haters and conspiracy theorists but because this involves my precious daughter I’m setting the record straight,” she writes. “It’s sad that we live in a time where the truth is not as scintillating as hurtful lies.” Check out the post below.
