The meat-free Impossible Burger, normally only available in restaurants as made to order, will now be available to purchase at grocery stores to cook on your own!
I personally haven't tried the plant-based product, but people are raving about its similarity to regular meat. We now get the best of both worlds, hitting the grill to be your own chef AND (if you're a vegetarian/vegan) enjoying meat-free burgers in the comfort of your own home.
This isn't the first of its kind to hit grocery store shelves. Beyond Meat, a competitor, is already widely available in grocery stores across the country.
Impossible Burger hits grocery store shelves in Souther California Gelson's Markets and plan to be in most grocery stores mid next year.
