Fans are continuing to mourn the death of Disney Channel star Cameron Boyce, who passed away on Saturday, July 6th at the age of 20.
In a statement over the weekend, his family said, “It is with a profoundly heavy heart that we report that this morning we lost Cameron. He passed away in his sleep due to a seizure which was a result of an ongoing medical condition for which he was being treated.”
It appears though that we will not get further details anytime soon, as E! Online reports that an autopsy was performed on Monday (July 8th) and a “cause of death was deferred pending “further investigation.” No word yet on any particular investigation involved. The family is obviously taking time to heal, and they should take all the time they need, especially if they decide to give any more updates publicly. We continue to keep them in our thoughts at this time.
