Wawa is great on any day, but this Thursday (April 11th) it's going to be even extra better! Wawa is going to be handing out free cups of coffee all day in celebration of their 55th birthday. Even better it's any size and at every location! They expect to give out over 2 million free cups of coffee!
It's all in celebration of 55 years since their first store opened in Folsom, PA. According to Wawa that was April 16, 1964.
If you're going to be in Old City, there's going to be stuff going on at the super-big Wawa on Independence Mall including a food battle between Mike Solomonov (the chef behind Zahav, Federal Donuts and more) and Wawa's chef Farley Kaiser. You can find out more about that here.
