MTV's Jersey Shore -- Mike "The Situation" Sorrentino has been sentence to 8 months in prison and supervised release for Tax evasion.
It's been a topic of conversation for the cast in the latest season of the show, where Mike has been battling the anxiety of going to jail for whatever tax fraud he may have committed.
Today was the day that he finally went to court in Newark, NJ where he was spotted outside of the courthouse with support from the rest of the Jersey Shore cast including Snooki, JWoww, Ronnie, Vinny, Pauly D, Deena & Angelina.
And of course his wifey to be "Laurens"
According to CNN Breaking, Mike's brother is also facing time -- 24 months and a year of supervised release
