This Friday night at the Wells Fargo Center, we will watch Demi Lovato take the stage. But prior to her belting her heart out, fans can take advantage of the free "wellness class" provided on her tour, in conjunction with an organization called CAST.
"The CAST experience is an event like I've never seen on tour. With inspirational people speaking every night, it's an event you don't want to miss," says Demi.
The powerhouse singer hasn't been shy about opening up about her own depression, addiction and mental heath issues and most recently revealed an even scarier secret to Dr Phil that you can watch below.
