The rainy weather didn't stop Naill Horan!
Naill stopped by TODAY on Monday morning & performed for a packed and wet audience. While fans were essentially soaked, the former One Direction member took a moment to thank everyone for bracing the rainy New York weather.
Naill also took time to send his well wishes to victims of last week's Manchester bombing. He dedicated his performance of "This Town" to the victims saying, saying, "Before I start, I would like to dedicate it to the people who lost their lives in Manchester last week. It was a very sad thing, so I just, it's the least I can do is dedicate this song."
