Jersey Shore's Mike "The Situation" Looking at 20 Years In Prison

Mike Sorrentino is looking at a situation.

The 34 year old reality star from "Jersey Shore" has reportedly been hit with a serious tax dodging charges again and this time, he could face up to 20 years in prison. Reports claim Mike "The Situation" and his brother were indicted in Newark, New Jersey for tax evasion and falsifying records, including filing a false return for the Jersey Shore star’s fashion line, Situation Nation.

Mike is accused of conspiring to defraud the US by dodging taxes from 2010 to 2012 on $8.9 million dollars in income from promotional events. They say he evaded payment by filing false returns and by claiming millions in business expenses, including buying pricey cars and personal grooming, plus he allegedly underreported net business income.

Mike has not made any comment on the situation and is set to "Make Reality TV Great Again" on Friday, April 28th with WETV and Marriage Boot Camp Reality Stars Family Edition.
