This yoga instructor decided to make a statement in one of her instructional Instagram videos.
Stephanie Gongora, @casa_colibri, a yogi with over 200k Instagram followers, recently posted a video of herself teaching some positions. However, she took a gutsy move by wearing white leggings during her period and letting it show as she performed yoga moves. Also, she had a very extensive caption to go along with the video explaining herself. I have to admit when I first saw it I felt uncomfortable. But after a little I understood that this is totally natural and a part of life.
