I'm so proud of this creation (and my tummy is very happy) that I was able to make thanks to the help of my friends at Acme Markets who's awesome delivery service dropped off some fresh foods & local flavors to helped me make what I like to call... ZUCCHINI CHIPS.
This is a quick and easy healthy snack that'll help you achieve your weight loss goals, and is also a DELISH healthy alternative to chips that you may serve to your guest while watching the game!

Here's the How To:
-1 Large Zucchini
-1/3 whole-grain breadcrumbs
-1/4 cup finely grated [reduced fat] Parmesan Cheese
-1/4 teaspoon black pepper
-sea salt to taste
-1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
-1/8 teaspoon of cayenne pepper
-3 tablespoons of low-fat milk
-Preheat air fryer to 370 degrees
-cut the zucchini into thin slices (1/4 inch thickness)
-combine the dry ingredients into a small mixing bowl (breadcrumbs, parmesan cheese, black pepper, sea salt, garlic powder, & cayenne pepper)
-Dip Zucchini slices into milk and coat in breadcrumb mixture
-arrange zucchini chips onto parchment paper in the air- fryer & let cook for 15 minutes (flip after 7 min)
