Looks like a case of road rage is defining us Philadelphian's once again, as TMZ has gone viral with a report showing a video of what looks to be a battle of young vs. old..... or motorcycle vs. car whichever you prefer.
There's no context to the situation other than what you in the video here and what TMZ reported. However, the commentary from the person behind the camera shooting the video seems to suggest that even he was surprised by the rising rage of "white vs. white crime" as he shouts "I thought White Lives Matter?".
