I know White House officials are saying that Philly may be the next "hot spot" for the deadly virus, but I can't seem to figure out how based on this video because It quite literally shows NO sign of human existence... so I guess that means we're doing a good job of staying inside?!
Keep up the good work Philly, that way the sooner we can get back outside and fill these streets once again so It never looks this sad...ever again, cause I hate It.
