One of the tattoos standing out over the liberty bell, city skyline, Eagles wingspan and Ben Franklin bridge -- his Phillie Phanatic tattoo!
Quite frankly it's hysterical, so it only makes sense that it went viral. But it caught the attention of one of the most important people that it could... the Phanatic himself!
Dunphy landed himself a spot on the field to receive the traditional jersey off the Phanatic's back, but also stripped down himself to show Philly fans how dedicated he is to his city!
