We all saw the heartbreak on Joel Embiid's face after the Sixers lost in a very hard fought 7 game series against the Raptors this past Sunday.
Almost immediately after the "double doink" on the net, Embiid broke into tears -- and it triggered a lot of Philly.
Including a 9-year-old girl named Olivia who felt inclined to write a letter to Joel to make him feel a little bit better about the loss.
Our society now-a-day's has this stigma about "trophies" and how everyone does or doesn't need one. But I think Olivia just put us all in our place and said it best in her very encouraging letter to our NBA hero!
