So apparently she was supposed to be on last nights season premier of American Idol... but that wasn't the case for South Jersey's own Payton Taylor!
From Turnersville, NJ -- you may also recognize the young star from LAST season of the show after she showed up as her sisters guitarist! But that wasn't enough for American Idol judges Katy Perry, Lionel Richie and Luke Bryan.
When asked to perform individually -- Payton received a Golden Ticket to Hollywood, but didn't accept the offer for she didn't want to steal the limelight from her sister.
But this year, this Jersey girl is taking the stage for a second time to show these judges what she's REALLY got!
