Brittani Paulhamus, a Pennsylvania resident ordered a bucket of chicken wings from Old School Pizza, a local establishment. The bucket of wings came with a surprise chicken head, (Cue Project Pat) that she WAS NOT pleased to see.

I understand the initial gross-ness factor, I even get freaked out when I get a random onion-ring in my fries. However, I think it's worth pointing out that if we were at a classy restaurant and the wings were served on a plate with the head set up in the middle intentionally, we would probably be fine and maybe even impressed.
My suggestion for the restaurant: Start including a chicken head in every order and turn it into a nice garnish or table center-piece. Boom. Problem solved.
