The state's Office of Administrative Law published rules Monday that allow residents to sell homemade baked goods so long as they receive a permit as a cottage food operator. The New Jersey state's Office of Administrative Law is now letting residents sell homemade baked goods as long as they get a permit as a cottage food operator. I can't believe this used to be a law! To think that the people of jersey were deprived of all the possibilities of home baked goods for this long is horrifying and I'm glad this atrocity has been corrected.
If I lived in Jersey right now I would be celebrating by throwing a baked goods party in a giant gingerbread cookie house. Everyone would have to wear outfits made out of cookies and brownies and no vegetables would be allowed period.
