Parmesan Dusted PickleChicken - Nugget Recipes

If you are terrible at cooking like I am, these recipes are really going to be for you. I'm going to do everything I can to explain how to make this easy but delicious chicken without using any exact measurements and the most laymen terms possible.

Ingredients:

Chicken

Pickle Juice (enough to cover the amount of chicken you are making)

Parmesan cheese

That's it.

There's no salt or other seasoning in this recipe because the pickle juice will provide all that, which makes this one of my favorite dishes because it's just so simple.

Step 1: Soak the chicken in the pickle juice for at least a minute.

Step 2: Pat down the chicken so it isn't dripping with pickle juice

Step 3: Sprinkle the chicken with as much or as little cheese as you want!

Step 4: Cook the chicken (Google this part depending on how you plan on cooking it and how big the pieces of chicken are, I use an air fryer)

That's it! A criticism I get for this recipe is that it doesn't use any seasoning, my argument is that even without the pickle juice, chicken is amazing all by itself! That's where the phrase "It tastes like chicken" comes from. No one says "It tastes like chicken with salt and rosemary."
