If you are a guy chances are you have been wearing your jeans like a caveman but don't worry I'm here to help. Most guys are under the impression that their jeans fit great right off the hanger when buying them. This MAY be true for some, but especially if you are an awkward height like me (5'8, 5'9 with Timberlands) then you need to do some washing and possibly even tailoring.
What most of us are doing is letting the hem of our jean rest way too low and cover most of our shoes. We have it all bunched up down there and it just looks sloppy and everyone will think you don't wear deodorant.
Easy solution: Wash your pants! Washing them with a medium-hot temperature will shrink most jeans considerably. See how they fit after this.
Slightly more complicated solution: AFTER washing your jeans, go see a tailor. Instruct them to make the break of your pants and shoes right above the tongue - the goal is here to prevent any bunching of your jeans right at your ankle.
I just found out about how terrible I looked by not doing this earlier this year so I hope this stops you from making the same mistakes I did, have fun being insanely attractive.
