LOVE Statue Finally Returning to Philly Just in Time for Valentine's Day!

FINALLY!  It feels like it's been gone for 5 years!

The parade begins at 10 a.m. at the Joan of Arc statue by 25th St. and Pennsylvania Ave. It'll then stop around 10:10 a.m. at Eakins Oval by the Philadelphia Museum of Art. Ten minutes later, it'll be by the All Wars Memorial to Colored Soldiers and Sailors by J. Otto Schweizer at 20th St. and Benjamin Franklin Parkway. At 10:30 a.m. it'll be at Logan Square by the Swann Memorial Fountain by Alexander Stirling Calder.

LOVE will join its sister statue AMOR at 10:45 a.m. at 18th St. and Benjamin Franklin Parkway. Both are by Robert Indiana, although LOVE was made in 1976 and AMOR was completed in 1998.

At 11 a.m., LOVE will be at the Monument to Six Million Jewish Martyrs by Nathan Rapoport at 16th St. and Benjamin Franklin Parkway. It'll conclude its journey at 11:15 a.m. at JFK Plaza (aka LOVE Park).
