Just in time for the holiday, New Jersey says amusement and water parks can reopen across the state on July 2nd. Parks will be limited to 50 percent capacity. You’ll also have to wear a face mask where it’s practical. Yes, that includes the boardwalk rides. For little kids, playgrounds will also be allowed to open back up.
