Chrissy Teigen Reveals Secret That Lets Celebs Avoid Airport Terminals

Today - Season 68

Chrissy Teigen just spilled some major tea on Twitter. The notoriously candid cook book author went on an epic two-day Q&A spree for her followers. Not only did she share something interesting tidbits about her own life, she revealed a bunch of surprising perks to living life as a big celebrity.

One of the biggest reveals Chrissy made is the secret way celebrities avoid public airport terminals. Apparently, there's a separate terminal for the rich and famous in order for them to get through security more easily. "There is a terminal a mile from the airport that you pay membership for," Chrissy shared. "They do the same security privately and take you to the plane in a car. I know. I know. "

According to People, Teigen is referring to LAX’s The Private Suite, which opened back in 2017. The luxury terminal is paparazzi free and boasts a more seamless airport security system. “It typically takes 2,200 footsteps from car seat to plane seat. For members of The Private Suite, it’s 70 footsteps,” the terminal's website reads.

Members of the Private Suite “spend their pre-flight time in totally private suites, each with its own bathroom, its own food-service pantry, a two-person daybed, and a runway view of aircraft landing and taking off,” the site adds. An annual membership fee costs $4,500, however, some domestic one-way flights may cost members an additional $2,700. Each international one-way flight costs an extra $3,000.

She also shared some other interesting insider information from the life of a celebrity, including how she gets good reservations at restaurants, how much household staff the rich and famous normally have and what fancy award shows are really like IRL.

Chrissy's Twitter feed is full of more juicy gems like these. Learning about all that celeb tea is definitely worth a scroll.
