Check out the trailer for 'Soul', coming out June 2020 starring Jamie Foxx as musician/middle school teacher Joe Gardner.
The main character, Joe Gardner, is pursuing a career as a famous jazz musician but fails. When he finally gets the break, he gets killed falling into a manhole and ends up as a soul in the afterlife searching for his purpose, meeting another soul, played by Tina Fey.
I feel like this movie is going to make me tear up like Coco.
