Teacher Battling Cancer Welcomed Back With Flash Mob

This one will bring you to tears!

Second Grade teacher, Mrs. Bass, had been battling breast cancer and out of school for six weeks. Finally the day came that she was able to return to her school and her students at the academy in Florida.

The students and faculty wanted to make sure Mrs. Bass knew how much love and support she had so they planned a very special return for her. When Mrs. Bass returned back to school after the six weeks she needed to battle her illness and seek treatment, she was greeted by a sea of pink and a flash mob to Rachel Platten's "Fight Song."

"Pink pom-poms, hundreds of cheering students, and countless hugs and tears: that was the scene Monday morning as Rowlett Academy in Bradenton welcomed back a teacher who's been battling cancer."
