I know alot of Halloween lovers who are excited about this!
The new take is being written by Scarlett Lacey (The Royals), with David Kirschner, producer on the original movie, on board to executive produce and it's supposed to happen on The Disney Channel.
And yes unfortunately, there is a new cast.
