Justin Bieber is proving he's a changed man with an inspirational new tattoo!
Biebs and some of his closest friends branded their bodies with "Better At 70" tattoos, which have a symbolic meaning behind them.
The 23-year old singer says in an Instagram post, "I look back at a lot of things in my life, mistakes, insecurities, and although I have felt I've wasted a lot of time it also makes me want to be better faster and longer!" he goes on to say, "for me personally I want to work everyday to be BETTER AT 70"
