How incredible is this!? Bormida, a mountain village with a population of just 394, is weighing a plan to offer €2000 ($2186) to people who transfer their residence there. And once you’re there, you can pay as little as €50 ($55) in rent each month for a small place to live. For a larger place, rent would cost €120 ($131). The population of Bormida has been dwindling lately, and the town’s mayor, Daniele Galliano, proposed the idea as a way to keep the town going.
