Katy Perry's music video for her latest single, "Chained To The Rhythm" dropped today, February 21st, and already has over 3 millions views - each with a differing view. People are dissecting every part of Perry's new video looking for symbolism and Political statements. Some love the message they interpret. Other do not like it at all! What do you think? The gas station, in my opinion, showcases how we'll do stuff other people do so we don't seem like outcasts
The roller coaster seats had a pink heart on one side and a blue on the other, which showcases how society forces heterosexuality into everyone
The hamster ball can symbolize how when we do mistakes we do them over again without learning from them
At the end of the roller coaster the man has more points than the woman, which symbolizes the Wage Gap, which means that women get paid less than men even though having/doing the same job.
