Get ready, Taco Bell is throwing their hat into the chicken sandwich ring!
The Fast Food chain is introducing a hybrid chicken sandwich taco to compete with the likes of the ever so popular Popeye’s chicken sandwich, who started the chicken sandwich revolution, and the imitators that followed.
Taco Bell’s Chicken Sandwich Taco is a breaded piece of chicken wrapped in bun shaped like a taco. You can get it regular or spicy, which the latter comes with pickled jalapeño slices.
The good news is, the sandwich taco will be dropping in March 11. Bad news is, it will only be available in TWO test markets - Nashville and Charlotte, with the nationwide rollout later in the year.
