You know why Tiktok is so addicting. The popular trends come and go like a train rolling into a station. If you miss it, you're not trendy. It's that simple.
The latest fad on the app are Sea Shanties! It began a few weeks ago when Scottish musician Nathan Evans posted a video singing an 1800s sea shanty from New Zealand called "Wellerman".
Since then, that video garnered millions of views and people have remixed the song multiple times. Since then, there have been hundreds of more videos of Sea Shanties.
Check one out below - you've probably heard it on SpongeBob SquarePants. LOL.
