Well, well, well, would you look at the calendar. September 18th is National Cheeseburger Day! Did you have it saved on your phone? I did, c'mon!
There are plenty of restaurants that are offering some pretty good deals to get you to dine at their fair establishment (well, at least outdoors or for takeout). I'm also pretty sure those burgers would be tasy and satisfying, not to mention we should help the restaurant industry right now by supporting them.
However, we can't forget the simple fast food satisfaction and efficiency of places like McDonald's, where you can get a nice burger for real cheap. When you use their mobile app, you can get yourself a 50-cent Double Cheeseburger! That's right, for National Cheeseburger Day, the Golden Arches is rolling back the Double Cheeseburger to 1970 prices. 50 cents.
The only catch is...you can only order it once on Friday for the "holiday". But you can get all of your other Mickey D favorites too while you're there. Mmmmmmm.
