This hot weather is the perfect time for ice cream. There are so many great ice cream shops, but Scoops n’ Smiles in Malvern.
Akain Rowland and his brother Yusef opened the ice cream shop with their uncle Keith, in 2016. Both Rowland brothers both served in the Navy and after their tour of duty, they decided to get into the ice cream business.
They honor their Navy roots by naming their banana splits after the ships they served on.
Scoops n' Smiles has two locations in Malvern and Westchester.
