Doylestown Bookstore Donates Books To Local Hospital As Pandemic Relief

I hate to love that It took a massive pandemic to unite the world amidst the COVID-19 crisis. But sometimes, we see the strength in community amongst hardship -- and Doylestown PA has proven exactly that.

A local bookstore, The Doylestown Bookshop, has donated 50 books to the Doylestown Hospital according to 6abc.

The owner of the bookstore says that books are a great means of escape for those in isolation, and they were excited to give to the patients and staff of the medical facility who have been held there in quarantine during this already stressful time.

Not only should we take their advice in letting our imaginations take us outside of this quarantine through a book, but we should also follow their example and continue giving to those who are in need during the pandemic!
