Taco Bell, a subsidiary of Yum Brands, will soon offer a competitive salary for store managers...like six figures worth!
Let me say that again...Taco Bell will soon offer SIX FIGURE salaries to run Taco Bell stores!
The "test" run will be in select Midwest and Northeast locations...increasing the salaries from the current $50,000 to $80,000 amount.
According to Bloomberg, this will attract new talent and hopefully keep the best and brightest as their leaders for their stores.
Taco Bell is also looking into creating big money making positions for employees looking to do more for the company but not necessarily be part of management.
