Miley Cyrus seems to be moving on pretty quickly after her split with Kaitlynn Carter recently! The singer was spotted kissing Cody Simpson in LA on Thursday! Sources say the two noticed they were spotted and then rushed out of the store, as to not be seen. They've known each other for years, though. Cody said in an interview back in 2015 that they both had become friends due to their "shared experiences growing up in the entertainment industry."
