You may recognize this young STAR from the 'X Factor' back when she was 13 years old -- her name is Rachel Crow and this girl's personality AND her voice are on FIRE!
So naturally, we had a chat with Rach (and yes... we now have a girl band called Rach²) and learned how she's grown from the singing show, and where she's at now as a 21 year old actress/ artist on Disney, Nickelodeon and MORE!
