It's what everyone is talking about this morning, and rightly so.  As most of you know, I was on Season 4 of the show.  I lost 105lbs in 8 months and completely changed my life.  Last night though, we saw what the pressure to win will do to a person.

Rachel won.  She won by losing 60% of her body weight and weighing 105lbs.  She didn't look good.  She looked sick and frail and almost sad.

I loved EVERY part of my Biggest Loser experience. It changed my life. However, I do think the show needs to spend more time making sure the contestants see a real therapist. I was lucky.  I figured out on the show why I was over weight.  I have hypothyroid and want(ed) to eat like my friends do.  Unfortunately, I can't.  I still struggle everyday.  I have to eat less and work out harder than eryone else, but some people aren't as lucky. A lot of time, it's emotional and people really need to work through it, longer than 8 months on a reality show.

Poll: Was Rachel's Weight Loss Too Severe?
