Subway is known for their tagline "Subway Eat Fresh" and providing a healthier choice when it comes to eating out for a quick meal. But are you really "eating fresh?"

Vani Hari, a food blogger, recently started a petition to get Subway to stop using azodicarbonamide as an ingredient in their bread.

What is azodicarbonamide? "Azodicarbonamide is the same chemical used to make yoga mats, shoe soles, and other rubbery objects. It's not supposed to be food or even eaten for that matter. And it's definitely not 'fresh'" states Hari.

The thought of eating a yoga mats doesn't sound appetizing to me.
