Philly City Council Bans E-Cigarettes In Public Places

I don't know enough about e-cigs to say if they are bad or not.  It's still chemicals, so it can't be great, but it has to be better than regular cigarettes, right?

Here's what council said:

Council members voted 15-0 to categorize e-cigarettes the same way that regular tobacco cigarettes are treated -- meaning the vapor producing products would be banned in most public places and those under 18 would be prohibited from buying them.
