According to a recent study, running for just 5 minutes a day will improve your health just as much as if you were to run for more than that!

The study says that "Those who ran less than an hour a week were 30 percent less likely to die for any reason during the course of the study. Those runners were also 45% less likely to die of cardiovascular disease."

This is great news for those of us who despise running! 

It's also good to note that the results suggested that those who ran extensively were ultimately worse off.

Goes to show that a little bit of something good is better than nothing good at all!
