It’s that time of the year again! And my that time of the year, we mean officially September, which already means that Hallmark’s movies for the holidays are coming back around! It never seems *too* early right? The channel is already sizing up 40… yes FORTY new films for this season. It’s also the 10th anniversary of their “Countdown to Christmas”, which means this year will be even bigger.
The first new original movie of the season will premiere before Halloween, on Saturday, October 26th, and then they’ll run Saturdays and Sundays for a bit after that, and then a full fledged onslaught of new movies even during the week.
“Christmas Wishes and Mistletoe Kisses” launches 10/26, followed by “Merry & Bright” (11/2), “Christmas Scavenger Hunt” (11/3), “A Christmas Duet” (11/9), and “The Mistletoe Secret” (11/10). The schedule then really ramps up starting the weekend of November 16th.
