Have a bunch of unpaid parking tickets from before 2013? Don't worry, they are now forgiven by the PPA starting Thursday March 1st 2018, BUT...yes, there's a but, duh...
1. You have to enroll to have your tickets prior to 2013 to be forgiven AND and tickets issued in 2013 and AFTER, need to be paid.
2. You can only apply for the PPA Amnesty program from March 1st through April 30th. So on Thursday 3/1/18 go here to get more info and sign up: www.phila.gov/parkingamnesty
